Indiana Jones and the What?

So Indiana Jones 4 is in production, and, of course, needs a name. So LucasFilm has registered the following titles as the possible picks for the new Indiana Jones movie. (Although personally I don't think any title can be as good as "Raiders of the Lost Ark.")

So here are the names that were registered. And it should be noted that the final film title may not even be one of these. In fact, these all may be red herrings. So take them with that proverbial grain of sand.

Billy Elliot

Tagged as:

Despite the fact that this movie is quite predictable (come on, as if you didn't see the end coming!) I absolutely loved this movie. (So much so, I have the dvd, and I'm not one to run out and buy a lot of movies.)

Matt Damon as Captain Kirk?

Tagged as:

No, it's not official. Just wishfull thinking on the part of the writer of the next Star Trek movie, tentatively titled (get this) Star Trek.

(From scifi.com.)

Personally I think they should cast unknown actors for the parts, but I do understand why they should get a 'big name' actor. They bring the people in. (Other than the Trekkers.)

I'm not sure who would fit the 'bill' (pun intended) for Captain Kirk. Matt Dillon, perhaps? No one really seems to fit.

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer Ad on TV

I saw an ad on tv tonight for the Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer movie.

The movie looks like it could be awesome. Awesome except for one thing...

It has the Fantastic Four in it.

Get rid of them and this movie could rock!

(Okay, Michael Chiklis was great as Ben/The Thing.)

Question about Star Wars Episode Three

Tagged as:

So George Lucas meant to tell me that, despite all the technological wonders presented in the Star Wars saga, Anakin's wife didn't have an ultrasound as part of her pre-natal work? Or did I miss something?

(This thought should be filed under 'stuff I think about while brushing my teeth')

From the "You've got to be kidding me" department....
Edward Furlong as the Crow. Really.
Or, to paraphrase Princess Leia, "Aren't you a little short to be an avenging demon?"
