The Cleveland Show Initial Thoughts

I started watching The Cleveland Show and then somewhere between the talking bear and Cleveland telling Federline (I think it was a take on Kevin Federline - and I don't care if I misspelled anything there) I completely lost interest in the show.

In fact, I found it pretty much horrible. So bad, in fact, that it made miss King of the Hill - a show that I never really liked.

Hell, American Dad was more enjoyable than The Cleveland Show. And that's saying something!

Octomom's on tonight

Fox is having it's Octomom special tonight.

If it gets more than 7 million viewers, it'll just prove that America loves talentless trainwrecks.

UPDATE: What a loser! Fox only had 4.2 million total viewers (according to the LA Times) which is, of course, 4.199 million too many.

Not watching American Idol Tonight

I wont be watching American Idol tonight (the Adam vs. whoever finale); instead, I'll be watching Criminal Minds since pigs eating humans should be much more enjoyable than anything American Idol has to offer.

But I will be watching So You Think You Can Dance next week (I think, or the week after.) At least those contestants can do something remarkable.

Terminator Terminated? Huh?

Just when I thought NBC had the stupidest television executives on the planet, FOX may be prepared to cancel Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. (Source)

After a really good season 2 finale that set up a whole new ball game for the show, and a Terminator MOVIE set to debut soon, canceling this show just doesn't make any sense. At all.

A MOVIE! Sure, it may not tie in really well, but it would bring more attention to the series.

*Sigh*

Dollhouse premiers February 13th

For those Joss Whedon fans out there, just a reminder that his new series Dollhouse premiers Friday February 13th at 9pm on Fox.

tvTonight - Monday January 26, 2009

Hmmmm... I wonder if tonight's season finale of Superstars of Dance will be the SERIES finale. (It's on NBC, so probably.)

My Pick tonight is House - with Cameron (remember her?) working as House's boss so Cuddy can have some quality time with her foster baby. (Hey, FOX, how about giving us fans some quality time with Chase, too? He is, after all, still named in the opening credits.)

Prison Break's Canceled and I feel...

Glad that's it's finally over.

What? They haven't canceled it yet? What took Fox so long to do that?

Do Not Disturb canceled

"Do Not Disturb," the new Fox sitcom starring Jerry O'Connell has been canceled.

- Insert Rejoicing -

And it seems it's the first show this season to fail. (And, really, did anyone really think it would last?) Although Hole in the Wall, also from Fox, is being replaced this tonight with a second episode of Kitchen Nightmares.

And, really, Fox, you dumped Back to You for Do Not Disturb? At least Back to You was watchable.
