bbpress 0.8.2 released

bbPress finally gets children forums.

Forums can now be grouped hierarchically (that is, forums can have “children”). To organize your forums, go to Content -> Forums in your bbPress’ admin panels, click “Edit Forum Order” and drag the rows around: up, down, left and right.

fuzzylime cms and forum

fuzzylime logoJust discovered fuzzylime CMS, formerly called PHP-Update. It's designed as a full featured Content Management System, with blogs and image galleries and polls and mailing lists. Unfortunately, they don't have a features page that lists what it can do.

Just discovered WP-United, a mod for the phpbb forum software that integrates the users of WordPress with phpbb.

Check out their Features page to see the details.

Thinking of a new forum

So if my forums go down suddenly, I'll be setting up something different.

tagsize plugin for bbPress

Created a little plugin for bbPress that lets you change the size of the words in the tagcloud.

And that's all it does.

(And this is odd since not not even sure if I'm going to switch to bbPress. But it done and released.)

The text of it is here. It can also be downloaded here (zip file).
