CSI: NY
Wednesday, May 20
A member of the team is murdered after a deadly group of kidnappers snatch Robert Dunbrook's son while he is being transferred from prison to court. And, if that loss isn't enough, the life of another CSI is threatened.

That NCIS spin-off

The NCIS spin-off backdoor pilot episodes are set to air April 28 and May 5. The next two episodes (May 12 and May 19) continue some elements for Gibbs, Tony and Ziva.

But true diehard fans aren't going to miss any of those episodes, come hell or American Idol. (Actually, American Idol is hell, but I digress.)

CSI: Miami- "Wolfe in Sheep s Clothing" - March 30, 2009

Last night's episode where Ryan is kidnapped and forced to compromise an investigation has proved one thing:

The writers and producers of CSI:Miami are a bunch of idiots.

Wolfe withheld evidence and contaminated evidence in the lab. No matter what else was going on, that should have cost him his gun and badge. Instead he gets that proverbial 'pat on the back' by Horatio.

What a joke.

A CSI:New York Death?

It's near the end of the season for our favorite shows, and that means cliffhangers and death. CSI:NY is apparently no exception.

Usually when a show announces a death, it's not going to be a main character. Take last season's Criminal Minds - they promised a death, and it was the head of the FBI's New York office. NCIS last year had the death of Jenny Shepard - but no one would really call her a main character. And last week Robert McCalister died on Brothers & Sisters - only to come back to life.

NCIS 'tragedy' - Tony or Ziva Doomed? :)

My Tony/Ziva sleeping together poll is up and I'm asking because I read that the last few episodes of NCIS Season 6 are very Tony/Ziva-centric. Add to those two the mysterious Michael Rifkin character that's part of Ziva's past and the word "tragic" bantered around, something big may be happening to a beloved character.

NCIS - Should Tony and Ziva sleep together?

tvTonight - Friday January 9, 2009

Flashpoint returns tonight! This show was my favorite this past summer. (Yes it's a 'cop' show, but not really a procedural; it follows a group of hostage negotiators/cops -but much better than FOX's Standoff of a couple years ago- called the Strategic Response Unit. I like to think of it as a workplace drama, much like ER was years ago before that show became a caricature of itself.) And isn't Hugh Dillon amazing in this show?

Craig Ferguson on Password

Wasn't Craig Ferguson absolutely fabulous on Password? I mean, who could imagine a Scotsman being that brilliant while sober? smiley (I would make an "assuming he was sober" comment, but wont.)

If Betty White is the Queen of Password, Craig is its King. Nothing against Barney Neil Patrick Harris, but Craig rules. (I guess Neil and Craig could fight over Password Court Jester.)

tvTonight - Thursday November 13, 2008

Mary McDonnell arrives at Seattle Grace!!!! Finally a reason to get excited about this show! Not that Kevin McKidd wasn't a reason to get excited about. But Mary McDonnell!

On CBS at the same time, CSI deals with a death in Koreatown. The promos CBS is airing makes it look sooooo good. Good enough to miss Mary McDonnell? Probably not.
