Spoilers Below.

When the voters on this site indicated that they thought Jenny Shepard, NCIS director, should be the one leaving, they were right. Gunned down, in fact. Going out fighting. Tough-as-nails Jenny - dead.

But that's not the end of the story. I read that the season finale of NCIS would have "far reaching consequences" going into next season. And after the last minute of "Judgment Day" I see what was meant.

Ziva's position was eliminated, so she may be heading back to the Middle East. Tim McGee was moved to the cybercrimes division. And Tony was sent to the USS Ronald Reagan to do whatever NCIS agents do aboard ship.

And Gibbs? He gets a new team.

So this all begs to question - do we get a whole new cast this September? Would that be a good thing for this show? Or do they all get back together with a nice ribbon wrapped around them?
