Dammit! They almost killed Horatio!

Tagged as:

horatioThey almost killed him. Really, whoever shot him should have had better aim and made sure they finished the job. Why? Because killing Horatio would have improved the show. As would getting a new writing/production staff. But I digress.

Actually, I have no idea what I'm talking about. I don't watch a lot of CSI:Miami and I didn't watch last night's finale. But I heard that Horatio was shot. And it looks like he's dead. (And I heard that Ryan turned into a bad cop. Didn't they do that on Numbers last year?)

So I guess the question remains: Would David Caruso leave Miami? From everything I've read, probably not. It's a good gig for him. People (I guess) seem to love him. And really, he is the show. (Although a Calleigh Duquesne spin-off would be interesting.)

So I wouldn't worry about it. After all, Delko was shot and he's still around. So it's a safe bet that Horatio will be around to whip off those sunglasses and say the stupidest lines ever written.

No, David Caruso wouldn't leave the show. Where would he find employment oon TV? Nobody would hire a non-talent like him.

very well said, indeed.

Honestly, I haven't seen him in anything else he's done. He did another cop show before CSI:Miami (was it NYPD Blue?) but I never watched it. So all I have to go on regarding his acting ability is this show, and it's really not a great showcase for his work as an actor.

I haven't been keeping up with the show but that would be horrible. Who would wear the cool shades if he died?

Bruno, the lab-dog? LOL

There are no prospects for David Caruso outside this show.

as any car with a roof would offer better protection, I took the caution in mr lipton's tale to be against driving bmw convertibles.

I can't help (sorry) mentioning to ian (sheffield) that a 4x4 is no more likely to tip over than any other car. unless, of course, you drive like a maniac, not to mention that there are several conditions the average driver is more likely to encounter in which a 4x4 would be the safest option. maybe even the greenest.

also, speaking as a conscientious vegetarian, avid recycler (from the days when you had to be proactive, rather than compelled by your council) and keen cyclist.... I have a 4.3 litre suv. it has nothing to do with low self-esteem (on the contrary, I rather love myself), but rather because it is the most sensible option when I take a number of relevant considerations into account.

should anyone be inclined to make ignorant assumptions about my selfish nature and love for the planet, he will get short shrift.

Caruso brings life to CSI Miami. The women actors there are hot but acting-wise, they leave a lot to be desired. Caruso, on the other hand, effortlessly portrays his role well.

I have to disagree. Cardboard has more charisma than Caruso.
