For the last few weeks my weight has been steady at 150 pounds. Two weeks with exercise and eating right, I couldn't lose that extra pound to get to 149. Until this morning.
I've been recording my weight on Saturday morning the last couple of weeks, and it was getting a bit depressing seeing that scale sit at 150. I plateaued. But as of this morning (which won't be an official weight) I think I may be on the way down again.
