90 Phase 2

Tagged as:

I wish I could tell you how much weight/inches I've lost over the last 60 or so days, but I can't. I lost the piece of paper I wrote my stats down on. (I rearranged my office and, well, things get recycled...)

I can say in the last two weeks I lost a few pounds (well, 4) and half an inch of belly fat. Not bad. Now I think I've lost at least 10 pounds and one and a half inches in the last two months. But I can't go by that.

I'm proud to say that I've got rid of most of my sugar intake - the white granulated sugars, that is. I don't put it in my coffee anymore, instead relying on the liquid creamers. Sure, it has sugar, but not as much.

I still haven't had any pop or drinks at Starbucks. Those empty calories aren't part of my routine. (I have had some cookies, I'll admit. But I'm only human.)

So I'm starting Phase 2 - the final hurdle. My plan for the next month or so is to....

Eat Breakfast every day. I'm not good at breakfast. I haven't been much of a breakfast person since college. But it's important.

Eat More. I'm going to try for those 6 feeding times a day - three decent means, plus three healthy snacks. Or some-such. And dairy. I need more dairy.

Walk 35,000 dedicated steps per week. That should be half an hour a day.

Weight workout (or close to it) about an hour per week.

With a better diet and getting my metabolism revved up, I can lose another inch or so. Which is what I'm after.
