  1. Wendy's has a new Crispy Chicken Sandwhich. From what I've had, I'd say it's definately not crispy.

    Not sure of the chicken part either.

  2. My favorite hambuger ever was at Blake's Lotta Burger in Pojoaque, New Mexico. I ate there 15 years ago and I'm still talking about it. smiley
  3. I hate pickles. No, I abhor pickles. Like nature abhors a vacuum, I abhor pickles.
  4. A couple days ago I had a couple Jack-In-The-Box tacos. Worst. Tacos. Ever.
  5. For years I avoided Jack-In-The-Box because all their ads were for their sourdough sandwiches. I hate sourdough as much as I hate pickles.
  6. I've been to Carl's Jr. three times, but never had one of their $6 burgers.
  7. I miss Sonic.
  8. Braums (in Oklahoma and surrounding states) is a burger joint/dairy store, and has some really great milk!
  9. I'm more likely to order from a fast food place's "value menu" than get a combo meal.
  10. That is, unless I'm actually eating inside the "restaurant" (and I use that term loosley.)
  11. It's been a couple years since I've been in a Burger King.
  12. McDonald's milk shakes taste pretty good when you're driving through the desert in the middle of summer.
  13. Ever see the documentary of the man who ate nothing but McDonald's for a month? Well, don't try it yourself; it's scary what it'll do to your body.

Braums has the best milk, cottage cheese, and other items I miss terribly!! No Braums in Georgia.

Husband and I knew we'd met our soul mates (each other) when we went to a fast food joint and said in unison: "Hold the pickles, please!"

Pickles are the devil's food. Pwah, I detest them with a vengeance.

We lived in Baltimore for a year and didn't get Braums milk....I didn't ever drink milk that whole year...

and mmmmm sonic onion rings and lime slush...

My favorite is Wendy's Single with all the stuff. Including the pickle! And any shake in the desert has to be good! Great list, thanks for the share!

I cannot stand pickles on a fast food burger and they always add about 30 of them, too! Blargh!

I used to think McD's had the best fries but Wendy's are my favorite now. And I'm weird in that I almost always get the same thing from the "restaurants" even when they add new stuff to the menu. McD's fish filet? MMMMM Comfort food for me.

I try not to eat too much fast-food, and haven't been to a McD's in ages. I could not, however, live without Sonic. I would miss it terribly! smiley

Very interesting list. I abhor pickles. I hate how they smell and even when a restaurant puts a pickle spear on the side of my plate (like with a sandwich) I can't stand it when the pickle juice runs onto my fries! Jack in the Box commercials always scared me, but I do love Sonic. I was so happy when they finally came to Florida. And Supersize Me was very scary. The morning after I saw it my mother and I were going somewhere, and she stopped at McD's for breakfast. I couldn't eat any of it and the smell of the sausage and stuff...ughhhhhhhhhh!

NaNaNaNaBooBoo.. I have a Sonic! (just teasing) My last Mickey Dee's milkshake was so thick and frozen I almost blew a blood vessel in my forehead trying to suck it through the straw. Now a Sonic Milkshake or Cherry limeade... Oooooohhh! I'll shut up now. -Margie

I miss sonic as well. But i keep seeing commercials for it on tv, and we just can't figure out exactly where it is. Tease.

You know what I really miss is White Castles. Sure you can get white castle cheeseburgers frozen at the supermarket... just not the same.

I think the best burger I ever had was at the local bowling alley. But then again, I could have been really hungry. But it was really good!

I am right there with you on the pickles AND the jack tacos. There's a restaurant in Extreme Northern California, Bartel's Giant Burger. Best Cheeseburgers ever--nothing fancy, but sooooo good! Enjoyed your list!
