For a while now I've thought that House was too predictable. He'd get a patient that they couldn't diagnose, but would eventually solve the case after something a clinic patient said or something he said to a patient. It was very formulaic.
But tonights episode didn't follow the formula.
Instead, we had a patient that died on House, only to come back again.
And in the process, he lost his staff.
Chase was fired and Cameron resigned after the whole ordeal (which I found surprising.) Foreman's notice was up and he packed up and left.
Which leaves next year up in the air.
If Chase and Cameron don't come back, that'll be okay. I like the two of them, but House needs a change of pace before it becomes stale.
And I guess the real question is, what's the human error the title refers to? Since Foreman's operation wasn't an error, it has to be House's actions.
And House isn't one to learn from his mistakes.
