Is it the whale that swallowed Jonah? Wait, shouldn't it be less than 6000 years old, then?

if I remember correctly, was swallowed by a big fish.

Why? He didn't want to tell the people of Nineveh that God would kill them if they didn't repent or something.

So he ran away, and God had him swallowed by a big fish. Jonah prayed, God had the fish vomit him out, and he went to Nineveh and did the whole "The End is Coming" routine madmen have been doing before his time to today. And the Ninevites actually took him seriously. (Which puts this is the fiction part, really. I mean, think about it.)

Just a far fetched story.

But it was a big fish.

Either I can't use Google properly, or there's no map for Wadi Hadan. I spent over an hour yesterday trying to find it.

I think it's in eastern or central Egypt. Could be on the west. Perhaps Southern Egypt. But don't quote me on that.
