Got an email and comment here from a Runaway fan who wanted to know how that show can be saved.
Really, it can't be. But if you're really interested in saving it, you can drop an email to the address on the bottom of this page or if you think the old fashioned letter writing campaign might work send a letter to:

Why it wont work
You have to remember that TV is a business. It's about making money. (And quality doesn't mean viewers.) Networks use the number of viewers to base their ad prices. The more viewers, the more they can charge. And Runaway didn't make the numbers cut.
(The numbers I'm using are what I remember from reading Media Week. Actual numbers may vary, but I'm sure I'm close.)
The #1 tv show in America is either ABC's Grey's Anatomy or CBS's CSI. Each gets over 20 million viewers a week. That's the top of the ratings bar.
In the middle are shows like House and Lost, which gets between 10 and 15 million viewers a week.
Down at the bottom is Runaway, which had less than 2 million viewers. I'm pretty sure it was closer to 1.5 million. It was the least watched show on tv in September and October.
So why would they spend the money on that show? It can't bring in the money. And it's about money.
