There are usually two senarios when I'll listen to itunes. One is when I want some background music (like now, for instance.) The other time is when I'm feeling down and need to get perked up a bit. You know, jump around, let of some steam and refocus. And that's when I pick the songs I'll listen to, rather then set it to shuffle. So I present to you my 13 most played songs on my desktop itunes. (I have a feeling that my laptop's itunes is pretty close to this.)
It's actually interesting (to me, at any rate) to see these songs on the list. While I knew there'd be quite a few country songs, I really expected another Jackson Browne song in the mix. And I thought Blue Oyster Cult would have been up near the top, too. (Don't Fear the Reaper or Burning for You are often played by me.)
